Agoraphobia Resource Center
Agoraphobia Resource Center, one of the four divisions of the Miami Counseling & Resource Center, was founded in 1977 and was the first outpatient treatment facility in Dade County to specifically address the problems of individuals who suffer from anxiety and phobic disorders. Symptom-focused, cognitive-behavioral treatment, either individually or in group, is available for panic disorder, agoraphobia, social phobia, specific phobia, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Anxiety, panic disorder and phobias can be crippling illnesses; they need not be, once you visit Agoraphobia Resource Center.
